Puppy Pick-Up & Delivery

At Pride of the Southland English Labs, our goal is to make bringing your new puppy home as simple, safe, and stress-free as possible. We understand that many of our families live outside the Seymour, Tennessee area, so we offer several convenient options for getting your puppy home.

 

Local Pick-Up or Meeting

For families who are within driving distance, we are happy to arrange a convenient meeting location. We can meet new owners within a few hours of Seymour, Tennessee, making the pick-up process easier while still allowing your puppy to travel safely with you.

Once your puppy is ready to go home, we will coordinate the date, time, and meeting location with you in advance. Our priority is making sure both you and your puppy have a smooth transition.

 

Out-of-State Puppy Delivery

If you live farther away and are unable to make the drive to Tennessee, we also offer the option of having your puppy flown to you.

We will work with you throughout the process to coordinate the necessary arrangements and ensure your puppy is prepared for travel. Our goal is for your puppy to arrive safely and comfortably, with clear communication every step of the way.

 

Our Puppy Travel Process

1. Puppy Selection & Deposit
   Once you have selected your puppy and your deposit has been received, we will begin planning for your puppy's transition home.

2. Go-Home Date
   We will provide you with your puppy's anticipated go-home date and keep you updated as the date approaches.

3. Travel Planning
   For local families, we will coordinate a convenient meeting location. For out-of-state families, we will discuss available flight or transportation arrangements and determine the best option for your puppy.

4. Health & Travel Preparation
   Before leaving our care, your puppy will receive the appropriate age-related veterinary care and documentation required for travel. We will provide you with the records and information you need for your puppy's transition.

5. Final Confirmation
   Before your puppy leaves, we will confirm the meeting or travel details with you, including the location, timing, and any information you need for pick-up.

6. Puppy Goes Home
   Whether you meet us in Tennessee or your puppy travels to you, we strive to make the experience organized, safe, and enjoyable from start to finish.
